Dear Family and Friends,

Emma and I have made the difficult decision to postpone our parents’ 40th wedding anniversary party because of the current situation in Minneapolis. We would never want to put anyone in harm's way and it doesn’t feel like the right time to be celebrating at the moment. We’re so sorry to anybody who had already made plans to attend.

I talked to my parents this morning so they now know about the plans for the party. They were so touched that all of you were coming to celebrate with them.  And that celebration will still happen, just not on February 7th - we will keep you updated as we figure out the details (This summer in Michigan maybe?)
